We are proud to say we have abided by GDPR regulations since starting our little business. It just seemed like common sense not to sell your details or misuse them. 

We never have and never will trade email addresses and you’ll never find that your details have been passed on by us to anyone not involved in delivering you the best, safest and most enjoyable experience as our customer.

We have Google Analytics installed on our website – this collects cookies. These cookies are are snippets of data which we collect that tell us a little bit about you. We won’t get your home address, or phone number. We may get your IP address which is a digital stamp giving us an indication of where you’re located (rather than a physical address).

This is how we use the cookie data collected by Google for us – to get an idea of who our customers are so we can dazzle you with products which might appeal to you and hopefully entice you back to visit us another time.

We always package and post every order in house ourselves. This means that no one is ever given your details in the fulfilment area of our business. If we ever decide to pass this out to a fulfilment company, we will immediately update our policy. 

This means we have access to your name, address, contact number and order details. This allows us to pack and ship your order to you. we don’t store your details long term, just for long enough to make sure you’ve received your parcel OK and then we delete the data.
